OPTION 1

We break down our charges into three elements:

1. Recruitment Fee
   • This is a small cost reimbursement for going to the market and recruiting your very own team member, based around your requirements. This Fee is fully guaranteed so if we don’t find you the person you are looking for in YOUR time frame (not ours), we will refund 100% of this fee.
2. Setup Fee
   • We ask our clients to contribute a small percentage of the startup costs to help us with computers, other equipment and initial startup training. This fee too is fully refundable if you decide it’s not for you within 3 months of us starting.
3. Your Monthly Fee
   • This fee is a fixed AUD fee that is a combination of your team members direct cost as well as our management fee. We do ask for this one month in advance but you can end our agreement with only one months notice so we don’t lock you in at all.

The fee for each accountant varies depending on the exchange rate at the time, the experience of the Accountant as well as how many team members you have with us. Rates for a full time fully qualified Accountant can range from around AUD $1800 + GST up to AUD $2,400 + GST and sometimes higher for supervisors and managers.

OPTION 2

We have a pool of fully qualified Accountants ready to take on your bookkeeping on a daily or at least semi weekly basis. You will be allocated a Lead Bookkeeper who you will consider Your Bookkeeper. That person is a Fully Qualified and Highly Experienced Accountant who will supervise and review the work done on your accounts by our team, liaise with you and others you authorise and make sure everything is done to delight you! The cost is dependent upon the size and complexity of your accounts but the following table gives some guidance.
